I didn't like the staff. The care taker/manager was very rude, annoying, greedy, least understandable and super impolite. The fact that we were charged a lot of money under the name of taxes without any information. Plus they ruined the home stay culture for me and my friends. Plus they said yes you can cook we have a kitchen during pre-booking and on arrival asked for money to use stove and even charged for utensils. We asked for one day extension. She (mitanjali) shifted us a day before saying "dusre ka room liya hai woh 2 din ke liye hi deta hai." Trashiest excuse. We were charged for both tho. She tried fooling us and had the room locked for the same day with some more innocent people who probably got fooled too. The room we got shifted to was worse than what you can imagine. Now, think about the 2 days we spent there. Also, just to shift us out she was ready to get in our rooms and transfer our stuff without our permission just because we refused too. We were never informed about her greedily locking the room for new guests when we were still booked for one more day. Nirman House Stay, especially Mitanjali successfully cheated and fooled us and we regret all our experiences there. I hope the staff was better and cultured. Just one more pro-location ruined because of the shameless people. I hope the owner kicks them out and hires some professional. They have no idea about anything around the service industries just some folks trying to make some quick bucks. I hope nobody else gets fooled. Also the location isn't sea facing. It faces a trashy garden with a old structure (probably a place under renovation.) The beach is on right side and one can only see a little part of it. They'll fool you with a video as they cut that part. This is nothing but fraud I hope they stop doing this and send people a complete video of the view instead of cutting the part which it actually faces.
