    The host was lovely and made me tea on arrival. She even brought a second fan up in case I got too warm. Lovely, clean and spacious area with space to sit outside too. Location was good with shop, ATM, restaurant and the beach all in close proximity. Also had a cute dog called Blackie.
    Only downside was there was no internet which made it hard as a traveller to have access to maps, directions and bus times.

    Good location - quite close to Bentota beach. The room is decent for such a low price. Friendly host (but speaks very little English)

    Would recommend it! amazing people running it. Clean, comfy bed, helpful staff.
    The Women who roles the hotel is amazing! lovely and helpful. We always got tee or coffee offered when we came back from the beach or woke in the morning

    The hostess of the house is an open person and responsive. The house is great, the room has a fan and air conditioning. There is a separate entrance. 5 minutes from the magnificent Bentota beach. I recommend

    amazing friendly family
    such a lovely family! amazingly helpful and kind hosts. perfect yummi breakfast. Location is very close to the train station and to the beach. restaurants and a small supermarket are around.

    The whole family has been lovely with us. The breakfast was great. Is situated near a road but by walk is just a few minutes to the beach. Their kindness is uncomparable. Thank for everything. Totally worth for money

    Its good to stay a few nights. There are restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and the train station close by. You can walk everywhere and do not need a TukTuk. Unfortunately there was a mistake with booking and room was overbooked so they offered us an alternative room which was nice. The people are friendly.
