We had a wonderful stay, will most definitely stay again
The location was wonderful. The room size was generous super comfortable. Cafe bar atmosphere lovely.
Although the bathroom size was large it could use updating

It was very clean and convenient location especially when you go shopping
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THE ROOM WAS HUGE AND THE BATHROOMS AS WELL. ALL NECESSITIES E.G. SOAPS, SHAMPOO AD BODY CREAM OFFERED FOR FREE AND GREAT QUALITY. SHEETS AND PILLOWS WERE THE PERFECT SIZE AND HEIGHT
THE BATHROOM MARBLE IS KIND OF OUTDATED AND THE PRESS BUTTON FOR THE TOILET FLASH WAS LOOSE . THERE WAS A PROTECTIVE ALUMINUM PIECE THAT WASN'T FIXED PROPERLY. THIS THOUGH WAS NOTHING COMPARE TO THE POSITIVE GENERAL ATMOSPHERE OF THE HOTEL AND ROOM

Staff were great, hotel is dated, needs a renovation, all beds must be burned and replaced with new
The bed in the room we were given was pretty bad. It sunk and it was like sponge. Probably 15 years old. We both got a bad back after our first sleep and all our trip was spoiled because we were in pain. The staff was excellent, changed rooms immediately for us. THe bed in the replacement room was surely better than the first one, but still, not fit for a 5 star hotel bed.
