    Would definitely stay again.
    Great location. We were able to park outside the hotel. Lovely restaurants in the area. Short walk into Cardiff city centre. Lovely decor and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming during breakfast and check out. The self check in was excellent.
    We had someone noisy in the room above but this was obviously not the fault of the hotel staff.

    No hot chocolate in room and lighting at front door could've been better, I had to use the torch from my phone to see key pad.

    Wonderful Accommodation and Helpful Staff!
    We recently had the pleasure of staying at [Konaklama Yerinin Ad], and it was truly a delightful experience. The accommodation facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment throughout our stay. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pontcanna.

    Not a bad stay lacks the basics.
    Good staff member at the coffee shop. Comfortable bed
    A dusty 2 bed house Not cleaned properly No coffee machine No toilet bin for women's toiletries or toilet brush. No kitchen towels in dispenser or kitchen cloths to dry hands ect. Radiator not working in bedroom.

    Overall good for the reason of our visit due to location.
    The staff were very helpful helping us check in and when our room key wouldn't open the door after breakfast the next morning. It was a great location for visiting our son who lives nearby.
    the mattress was very very soft and the room and bathroom needed a better clean - parts were looking a bit tired or in need of a thorough clean.

    Some carpets could do with replacing (particularly in communal areas that are well used) and theres no private parking (but we had no problem getting parked on the street for free)
