    Guests enjoyed their stay at No131 The Promenade, praising the large suite with a superking bed and beautiful copper bath. The second bedroom had two single beds and a private patio was an added bonu (Read More)s. The rooms were spacious with great attention to detail. The hotel's central location made it very walkable to the town center. The breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients and cooked to order, overall highly recommended.

    A perfect stay made even more special with added personal touches.
    When we checked in we were given a wonderful free upgrade to celebrate a special birthday. A lovely touch was a card sending birthday wishes with complimentary macarons & truffles. I booked for evening dinner which was also exceptional, lovely cosy atmosphere and pleasant staff, we had pre drinks in the Gin & Juice bar which had a great feel good vibe.
    Literally couldn't find fault with anything.

    Very disappointing time at 131
    We have been before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time however I can only report I like the location.
    This time the rooms we were given did not match the description on the booking.com website. Room 11 was claustrophobic without a window that could be opened. The property was clearly understaffed there were too many delays so we decided not to eat dinner or breakfast there.

    Very enjoyable and surprisingly perfect!
    Breakfast room and facilities were excellent. Staff in particular where extremely helpful and pleasant.
    Cover for walkway between blocks - it was pouring with rain during our visit and we had to run through rain to reach separate buildings.

    Lovely room but very overpriced, things need to be included in the price
    Love the room and the staff were very accommodating. The food and service were excellent
    The parking not being included, breakfast not included in the room price, and what I paid for the room no free mini bar.

    We could not have asked for more from out stay.
    Everything relating to the hotel was top notch and we could not fault it. The location of the hotel is ideal as its in the heart of everything. The room was lovely and spacious, and it met all of our requirements. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they were both delicious. Judit on reception was friendly and informative. The hotel boasts three bars and all were excellent.
    It could not have been better.

    I would absolutely come back here to stay again. Lives every minute of it.
    Gorgeous interior and very comfortable and stylish. Such a good vibe at the restaurants and bars
    No lift Had to help carry my heavy bag to my room which was at the top of the hotel.
