Beautiful hotel but shame about the departure facility
having an upgrade room. Food was lovely too
only being aloud to keep our room 30 mins after checkout WHEN the hotel was not even 50% full... Then given a "room to get showered in ready for departure" The shower was broken and the fixing were hanging out of the wall. it was dirty too.

It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake , champagne and balloons in my room. Such a nice gesture.

Fantastic kids club and kids pool. Lovely dining options at all restaurants for kids and amazing breakfast buffet.

Some things we will miss, some not
Beutiful entry to the hotel, also nice close to the sea. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Very very nice breakfast location and menu.
No 5 star pool toilets, hard to close the doorsmy son got looked in.
Our room smelled (humid smell) every time we entered, not ok.
The AC was also too loud, we slept bad the last night.
