Breakfast was good, enough choice.

We could not order food after breakfast and before 12 o clock. The kitchen was closed! Not good for an international hotel.

Below average 5-star hotel in Nusa Dua

The hotel was located within the Nusa Dua resort area so it was nice to walk around the island. It was also close to the expressway which cut travel by 30-45 mins. Staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

We booked a relatively large room and the room was very dated and not well maintained. The master bathroom shower heater was not working, the kitchen faucet did not function properly, the amenities had to be specifically asked from room service instead of them taking the initiative to provide it to the room. Lastly, the resort restaurants were really lacking (only had 2 of worth) and the main one serving breakfast were infested by flies - as a 5 star hotel, I think the Novotel group can do more to reduce flies around food.

Good holiday at Nusa Dua Novotel, with limited Vegetarian options for food

Overall experience was good. Service staff was great.

Pure Vegetarian, Jain food menu was not up-to-the mark. Same options were given all days.. Paratha was okay okay. Fried rice was only good option. Options that could have been offered are like South Indian breakfast like Idli, Dosa, Medu Wada, Poha, Upma, etc. Eggless options were few. Waffles, Pan Cakes, etc. could have been without egg.

Everything and everyone was exceptional

The staff Purna,Sri and other staff were very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. We came as strangers and left like family.Will stay there again
