Staff are really friendly and helpful. Very responsive to our need of extra blanket and dental kits.

Staff are great! They kindly reminded us that we need to reserve taxi in advance considering it was a busy hour on streets. Very helpful with our check-in, taxi reservation and breakfast box to pack away.

streets turn very crowded and noisy in the evening. But sound proof of our room is quite good. Fans of bars and night life will love this area.

the staff were really kind and ready to help, made me feel comfortable. The room was in excellent condition, everything clean and comfortable, a huge bed with a BRILLIANT VIEW, the bathroom was nice, the facilities were also perfect, all everyday items were provided. The rooftop bar for new year's eve party was also an interesting experience. NO REGRETS.

The minibar drinks, bottled water and snacks came with a price.

Nice hotel

Clean beds and bathroom. Nice shower. 7-Eleven across the street. Friendly maintenance staff. Helpful staff at the front desk.

Sofa cushions were smelling really bad, and have probably never been cleaned. We put them aside. 10-15 min to get to Nana BTS from the side street. Sukhumvit 4 gets very crowded. Elevators take a while to show up.
