One of the staff entered the room within 5 minutes of check in and tried to lock the minibar. When he couldnt he emptied all contents in a bag and took it away. I found this very humiliating and struggled to understand that if they had to take it away why would they keep a minibar at all.

it was ok
we called at the reception or number "0" to bring some water bottles to the room, but no one came to deliver it. We called twice and waited for long for water, which is not expected when you stay and price you pay for. Then we went out and there was a house keep guy and we asked him if he can arrange some water bottles, as no one bought it when we called from hotel room.

Room Size should have been bigger considering the tariff.
The corridors are not well lit - better to use automatic lighting if property wants to save energy bills.

Although I enjoyed my stay at Novotel, it would have been much better if there was concierge desk who could guide us to
It was clean, convenient and beautiful.
They did not have any staff guiding the visitors to visit and transport situation.

Ambarish at the lobby really was outstanding with me, I was not treated as a client but almost as a friend, he gave me tips help me move and he did everything to make me feel safe, by far the best experience Ive had in a hotel .
Otherwise the rooms are very clean the staff very caring, the spa is very nice and the bar and your service never closes, ask and they will find solutions for everything ,
