Hotel location is great and all transport options are few meters away. Breakfast was nice.
Vanity kit in room was nit replaced when used.

Superb
Overall very satisfied with our experience of staying for 7 nights at the hotel.
The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. We had problems with Taxi's due to the road works around Paris. The desk staff were helpful in assisting us with getting alternate taxi services. Rooms were cleaned every day and cleaning staff in general were also very helpful and friendly. location was excellent for walking around Paris and for accessing cafes and restaurants.
The beds were OK to sleep on, but I have slept on better beds in similar rated hotels. The restaurant food menu was a bit limited, but food quality and presentation was very good.

Breakfast was disappointing, everything was cold (scrambled eggs, sausages), bread was dry and tasted like old. Staff was unfriendly and not ready to help at all! Long queue to the restaurant and moving slowly.

Excellent location, located very close to the Metro and RER so getting around Paris was very easy. Staff were awesome an
Great location and centrally located to everything. Staff were amazing and always very helpful with our questions. Rooms were clean but were small (as expected) with 4 people and large suitcases.
Nothing to dislike, the hotel was everything we were looking for in Paris.
