The duty manager Majdy Mansour was very rude to me at time check out with behavior of annoying and go out now with zero tolerance which make me nervous and I lost some of my personal item
This receptionist doesnt have the essential skills of service , five star hospitality
I wish I can complain to tourism government ministry at Al Sharjah state

Sumera at Front Office was friendly.
- Hotel has gone overboard with sustaonability. Coffee or tea or no longer availabke under the pretext of sustainability.
- the sofa bed is gone. The mattress is worn out and gives you backache!
- quite pricey for Sharjah.. room prices turned out to be more expensive than dubai hotels.
