I like the staff at the breakfast lounge especially Novie who was very helpful and has exceptional hospitality skills. I also would like to thank the housekeeping staff who attentive to our needs.

24 hour check in was handy, location is excellent near mall of the emirates, and room is spacious

The address took me to the other Novotel ( 5 minutes away) and I tried to call the hotel various times to request early check in but could not get hold of the reception / bookings team.

Disappointed with the night shift front desk and lack of communication

I like the location

The room I booked wasnt available at arrival, I was given 2 suites instead of the family suite, but for my surprise the next day they called me at 9 pm to change rooms again.

Perfect sized rooms for families (we were a family of four) good breakaway space as well.

Great location for families, close to the mall and local restaurants.

Showers leaked into the bathroom (minor issue) some fixtures in the room beginning to look quite tired due to a lot of use.

It was good holdiday we enjoyed our stay in novel suites and will repeat it again.

The stuff is cooperative and the room was good quiet and clean.the location is perfect near everything.services are all around the area . The garden outside is good place to take coffee after breakfast.the breakfast buffet was full of varieties .check in and out was easy.

The room has smell like need ventilation.

Loved the location, room size, and cleanliness of the hotel.

Staff could have been much more prompt in basic stuff like delivering water bottles to the room. Also, the breakfast time crowded could have been better managed.
