The reception and the check in. Did not feel welcome. Some government event was on. The front desk was overwhelmed so much they made us wait longer and to top it all the security asked us to step aside as VIP guests are coming over.!!!!

To be very honest, this is my sincere advise to review my comments so that you can improve and attract more people-
Although the novetel looked great in ambience but the Staff near dining area need to be smart enough to take care of the needs and few members in reception area need to be more attentive and proactive
Also after staying at Leela palace chennai, I felt this is too expensive with very minimal facilities where as Leels palace chennai has provided too good facilities, quick responses, too good ambience but charged less compared to Novotel.. so little disappointed fir the amount spent here and decided not to return again, very sorry to say this but this is my feeling!! Please see if you can make it better.

Always love spending a night in Novotel after my long drives. Excellent terrace top view.
Scramble egg was cooked to perfection .. perfectly creamy. A Breakfast that I will remember and definitely come back for more.
