A lovely stay, convenient for my needs in Bristol, easy to park. Welcomed by charming staff, and then again at breakfast. Room was super comfortable with a huge bathroom, beautifully decorated.
Dont think you could better this lovely boutique hotel for what it offers as a tasteful luxury b&b

Beautiful spot in a lovely city!
The house is beautiful - the location is great - with the park one side and overlooking the city from the back. Facilities were really nice - the owners have thought of everything!
Parking was fine for us as we were staying 3 nights and therefore secured a permit - would have been more challenging for one night. The stairs are very steep - fine for us, less good for people with any mobility impairment

Simple and stylish
The feel of the hotel was one of calm and luxury. The decor and atmosphere was simple and relaxing, but stylish and unassuming. We have both said it is by far the best hotel we have stayed at, and we have frequented a few for pleasure and work. Its not necessarily the most impressive in terms of stature but we felt instantly at home and relaxed. We will be back.

Everything, it was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved the view and the little extras like port and mince pies at night. The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff were lovely

Stylish house looking over Clifton Downs
Superb breakfast. Polite helpful staff. Interesting interior decor, probably an interior designer involved. Lovely fish restaurant 5 minutes walk away, Spiny Lobster with fresh fish from Brixham. Good view of the Downs from my bedroom. Great range of tea and coffee in room. Lovely bathroom and area to sit at a table.
On a very busy road. This is basically a large house in Clifton that has been converted to a number of stylish hotel-type rooms.

Elegant oasis in the city
The hotel has a warm and cosy atmosphere and is immaculately and stylishly presented. Staff are incredibly welcoming and everything about the hotel makes guests feel pampered and well taken care of. I particularly loved the room, with a stunning view from the bed, and welcoming low level lighting and classical music.
