    Nothing was too much trouble. Staff went above and beyond on more than 1 occasion. Food was superb. Rooms were very comfortable.
    Odd vibrating noise outside but could hear in the room.

    Great experience and the staff were all outstanding.
    There was a larger party in the restaurant for dinner who were particularly noisy which spoilt the ambiance but the food was lovely

    The hotel was lovely, well kept and comfortable. The staff were all nice and very accommodating. Showers were great. The suites were comfortable and they had a nice little tea, coffee, sparkling water, cocoa and cookies in each room.
    The beds could have been more firm and comfortable.

    The hotel is clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to popular Cotswold villages such as Bourton on the water, Lower and Upper Slaughter etc. The food at the restaurant is outstanding.

    Very comfortable and enjoyed the stay.
    Location excellent, staff very helpful. The standard of breakfast was very good. Although the rooms were quite small the facilities within the room were very good.

    Everything was amazing, room and all the extras were top quality, food and breakfast was so delicious Staff were lovely
    My only point i would make is it was very hard to find and the sign is not the best to see in the dark esp coming of the main road maybe some lighting around the sign , we asked the house opposite and he says he always get ones stopping to ask for directions ,but we would definitely stay again loved it .

    Very pleasant staff, a good and well thought out room (we upgraded to a suite). Breakfast was good with great coffee. Nailed the eggs every day. Very comfy beds, great sized towels and robes - a big plus for those of us carrying the odd pound. Would happily stay here again.
    Wasn't a massive fan of the sausages but that is personal taste. A brighter light in the second room would help with hair & makeup I'm told.
