    The best think is liked was the kindness of the staff..I have not seen such warm and kind staff anywhere else.. The in room service is so good..they took care of every minute detail. It's a business property but I felt that the staff is more than kind...they have a nice sports kind of bar at the rooftop as a bonus which is not very common at other good hotels in kerala.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay..
    It might not be very appealing for people who like to stay in resorts with lot of green area and huge spaces ..otherwise all good
