    Very open hearted stuff, very helpful - delicious and rich breakfast. Near to tourist area (Thamel). We even were accompanied by member of team Badal Lama on a private trip to Dhulikel.

    The staff hospitality. The location which is close to Thamel. The lovely breakfast buffet!!!
    I don't think the air conditioning in the room is a heat pump. It's pretty chilly at night and we're relying on the blanket. But the room is still warm enough.

    Everything! All staff members were amazingly friendly! Tulsi, the manager was really helpful. Food was good. I would definitely return to this hotel if I were to return to Kathmandu.

    Clean, affordable room with good location
    Location was off the Main Street so away from the hustle and bustle of Thamel. Easy walking access to little shop, main road, main street. Single room was small but had everything needed. Clean, quiet, secure, shower was warm. Breakfast was OK. Had variety. Staff friendly. Manager well present and engaged. Good choice for a comfortable lodging. Restaurant which is handy on site but did not try it.
    Reserved based on free airport pick-up shown on booking dot com and website since I do not like haggling a taxi but this was not the case apparently for internal flights. Minor detail and management worked it out for me to take me to the airport the next day but would have preferred it was clear on booking.com as to what they provide because I would have made other arrangements to have transport waiting if I knew when booking.

    the hotel guys are very helpful. It was very clean; they are always ready to serve with a positive vibe! It was a nice stay there
    in the buffet breakfast, some more options may be included. so that the guests may choose accordingly.

    Ok but not great and maybe it is overrated IMHO.
    Location and very friendly staffs. Restaurant is also good.
    ***Booked the hotel thinking 3-star so my rating is based on 3 start hotel.*** The room was smaller than was in the photo. The bed was not comfortable, and the blanket was not good. On one side, the cover was out, and I saw it was dirty. The bathroom was not as expected. At first we were given the room which was not what I booked and after complaining they privded the right room. The tap water was very dirty like a river water but this maybe due to the water tank being empty but it must be checked before guets arrive. Airport pick was Ok, but instead of driver coming to pick up at the gate, it was third person who came and brought our luggage to the car and they ask the money for rhe service.
