    Good value for money and great staff!
    The location is great as there are lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Downtown is 20min on foot or 5min by bu which runs opposite the hotel. The staff were also nice and friendly.
    The bathroom door would not close when we got into the room. However, we informed the reception and they fixed it while we were out so while a negative impression at first, it was dealt with promptly.

    Super Seville, Ill book this again when I come back.
    Location was great, it had a tube, tram and bus stop at the front door. It was comfortable and the room was nice.
    I couldnt quite get the air conditioning right, relied on the window being opened to cool it down a bit at night but I tried the AC a few times to no success.

    Disappointing
    The beds were clean. But the rest of the room looked very tattered and worn.
    The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.
    It is a very old and unkept building. There was a lot of mold in the shower, the air vents had a very thick layer of dust on them. Walls were scuffed up. Wall trim was broken. It was not pleasant.

    The hotel interior is beautiful and modern. Our room was great with a big, comfortable bed and the bathroom was also very nice and big. Breakfast in the hotel was amazing with so many great options to choose from. Staff were also welcoming and helped us a lot with recommendations of what to see and do in Seville.
    The hotel is in front of a busy street with a tram and faces the university campus. Our room was facing the street, so at night drunk, singing, shouting, students were passing, and it was quite loud and difficult to sleep with a window open. Also you can hear the tram so although the bed was super comfy, because of the noise, we didn't get a good night sleep.

    Great stay with the kindest staff ever
    The staff is the most kind and welcoming I ever met. Especially the concierge Sara who gave me thoused information and helped me make a birthday surprise to my mother. The restaurant staff, too, is super gentle and make you feel at home. The breakfast's churro was perfect. The position is perfect because you have metro, trains and bus to the airport at 1 min walk from the hotel.
    Some furniture was a bit broken ( it still could be used, just had some cracks) . I got a bathrobe, while my parents who stayed in another room not (not sure why). If the pool had hot water It would be pure perfection!

    Comfortable hotel, great location, but staff could be better.
    Property is great, rooms are comfortable, location is excellent right to the side of a great transportation hub for the city. Good options to eat right outside as well.
    Staff wasnt great, especially housekeeping. We wanted to switch towels after our second night since they werent dry and left them on the floor as the hotel suggests. We got back later to find the same towels where they were, on the floor, even though the room itself was tidy. Also, two people from the housekeeping staff simply entered the room without knocking on the door as we approached our check-out time, but were still within the time of our stay.
