Very disappointed

Staff were great and really friendly, let us check in early and leave our bags after checkout for the day.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos, there is not a restaurant as the pictures show. Everything looks scruffy and in big need of a refresh, not as modern as the pictures convey at all. The bathroom was very run down and we saw several small cockroaches, and a mouse run across the floor in reception. The door lock was basically broken (so didn't feel very secure) and the safe didn't work. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Overall very disappointed vs what we thought we had booked. booking.com - I would basically say the listing is very deceiving and needs changing!
