Great location. But everything else is disappointing.

Location is fantastic.

Room hygiene. Plenty of people have complained about rats. My friend had also experienced it. Rooms are not cleaned before offering to guests. Towels are not provided or if provided they are dirty.

Cleanliness and facilities need significant improvement. The price charged was not transparent and did not match the website. Expectations around value for money were not adequate.

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Location is a big asset for this hotel. Staff are courteous and cooperative. They fulfilled our requirements very fast. Would love to visit again and I recommend to stay here. Good hotel.

They gave me quite an early checkin. This is my second time staying here, and this room was cleaner than last time. But there are still no toiletries provided, and the towels and bathroom definitely need to cleaned and upgraded much more.

The rooms always smell of insecticides. Rooms could also be much cleaner for the cost.
