The food I put in the common fridge got stolen and theres only 3 kettles to use in the whole building

All was super nice
Only thing that was a bit annoying was the back of the bed where you lay with the head. Makes absolutely no sense this construction as I lay with my head down the bed panel- try it :)

Okay as a base for exploring.
The hotel was comfy and clean and okay as a base for exploring.
There is no interaction whatsoever with staff. Stayed four nights and not once did anyone smile or say hello. Its a shame as this costs nothing and would have made the experience more positive.

Great value hotel for your stay with a great breakfast.
It had a breakfast bar included in your stay. It was a good breakfast too. The room was clean and Good size for two people. Loved that it was self check in and keyless entry.
It was Alittle far from the main part of the city. Also the room was Alittle hot even though we turned off the heater. It was an easy fix to just open the window to let cool air in. Also parking lot was small.

Very near to bus stops and a couple of cafes & supermarkets are about 5-10mins walk. Its also convenient to do everything on our own eg. self-check in
Breakfast doesnt change so youll be eating the same thing every other day. Wish there were varieties

Awesome!
This hotel was great. It was a little difficult to open the door to the room. You had to really had to push on it. The restuarant was great. Loved the staff. We would love to come back. Great for tour pickups. Loved their tour concierge. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast had a wide range of options and it was all good quality.
No staff between 1000 - 1200 which wasnt an issue. All were very helpful.
Location was a bit of a walk out of town (about 2 1/2 miles) but there are plenty of bus routes near the hotel and it was nice walk into the centre of Reykjavik.
Bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic.
No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room - whats that all about?
