    The Olare Mara Kempinski lodge offers exceptional service with attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the hippo room can be noisy. The food is delicious, with surprises fro (Read More)m the head waiter, Moses. The lodge provides a unique and immersive safari experience, surrounded by wildlife and the sounds of animals at night. The staff, including guide Erick, are exceptional in ensuring a memorable and safe experience.

    The absolute best way to experience the Masai Mara in a fun, luxurious manner!
    - Location inside conservatory makes it easy to spot and get close to ALL the animals during game drives - Our driver Erick was the best! - Incredibly friendly and accommodating team (Caleb, Erick, George, Rotiken!) - Amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - this really adds to the experience - Beautiful, luxurious and clean rooms (you can hear the animals at night) - Incredible massages by Lenet! - The activities offered (balloon ride, walking safari's, village visit)
    - The free laundry service wasn't great, some of our items returned to us shrunk

    Memorable and welcoming stay
    A full fledged 5* experience in the middle of the wilderness (Maara). Dominic and his team were very accommodating to all our needs and also comped us upto a better room and mostly a private safari and dining as we were honeymooning. Special mention to Moses and David, the restaurant managers and their team including Ben, Reagen, Hezron, Kelvin and all others. My wife is vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure she was looked after and had plenty of delicious options. Chef David made every meal special and Moses and his team make sure everyone is well fed! Our safari guide, Danson left no stone unturned to show us all that the Maara had to offer. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife there, quick facts and ofcourse his driving over the rugged surrounds. All in all, the experience was very catered to our needs and we could not have asked for a more memorable stay!

    - Kindness of the staff - The fact that everything is included in the rate (meals, drinks, game drives, airstrip transfers) - The space in the room - The very well organised game drives - Architecture of common spaces - Quality of the food
    - A bit expensive during high season (but probably the price for exclusivity) - The bathroom should be renovated

    Outstanding, exceptional safari experience, that beats all possible expectations and make you feel privileged with private and tailored service from the first arrival moment till leaving this paradise. Highly welcoming, hospital and professional personnel that made it reality. If any doubts and tons of research you made - dont waste your time. It is simply worth it, every penny. Highly recommended
