Very good

This hotel is very central. Everything in the old quarter was easy to access from here. The owner was helpful and made bookings for us when we needed help. Breakfast was great too. While the facilities are basic, the bed is comfy, and everything is clean. We only required a place to put our head as we were out exploring all day, and this hotel was perfect for that.

Basic and inexpensive. Ok for short stays.

Good location tho extremely hard to find down a few lanes with no signage. Easy walk to Old Town. Breakfast was basic but yummy.

The room was extremely squeezy! No room bedside the beds (end to end) to pass by. The bathroom was basic with no separation between the shower and toilet so everything got wet. The lift was tiny and the stairwell very narrow.

I dont like this property

No power back up , I have been without power for 6 hours without any intimation and no power to charge and water for shower, mostly no staff present in the property , they have another property nearby and spend most of the time and they will say free breakfast but only provide the expired breads with airport complimentary cheese.. no more extra and it is not sufficient.. I faced horrible to stay in this hotel and it is very dangerous if this property may cause any fire, very small place provided for the stairs .. I believe staying in this hotel is not advisable for the foreigners and they provide kettle with bad condition find the attached picture

Very good

Comfortable soft bed and pillows and a private balcony. Close proximity to the main area of old town Hanoi - 10 minute walk. Lucy the host was very helpful. She let me park my motorbike inside for the night which I appreciated very much. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Very good

Lucy is an amazing hostess. She really looks after you. She helps so much. She is so kind and friendly. She helped us book tickets and tours. She does nice breakfast and coffee. We arrived late and it was dark. She came to meet us at the taxi to guid us to the guest house. She also brought us water and walk us to a shop. She helped with any questions we had. And came to see us off when leaving. Rooms are basic but you have everything you need and it's enough. Hot running water, clean bedding comfortable bed, kettle. For the price and what you pay to stay here you can't complain. Cheap and cheerful. It's not perfect, but they care.

Lovely helpful owner with the best eggs with veggies for breakfast!

The lady of the house is a great help and very friendly. The eggs with vegetables are amazing: probably the best we had during our trip. The location is perfect and youll got great value for your money. Its simple but has everything you need. We had a small fridge which we enjoyed. She gave us really reasonable prices for the tours. It saved us time figuring out the best schedule, since she helped planning. So we got to see all we wanted without loosing time waiting or unnecessary extra overnights. We could call or send questions via WhatsApp when needed. Would stay here again.

We had a cold shower but it did woke us up. Room is a little small, but one of the two rooms we had had an extra bed so we could put our backpacks on the spare bed.
