1. The property has definitely seen better days and is in need of thorough renovation to get continued patronage:
A) The sliding main gate is rusted and inoperable. As a result cars have to parked outside and away from the property to avoid trouble to opposite neighbor. Two cars parking inside the property is unusable because of the non working gate.
B) Most taps and sanitary fittings are loose and have to exercise caution when using
C) Just one or two working plug points. All others are broken (probably by past guests)
D) Hot water supply is solar dependent. In our stay, even though we had sunny days, did not get hot water at all even after draining the line for a very long time.
E) In case of power outage, generator will give power only to lights and fans. ACs will not work.
2. The charges break up in the website includes GST. When making the payment, I was told that tax invoice will be sent to my WhatsApp within a day after checkout, I am yet to receive any invoice even after 14 days now.
3. While website doesnt mention additional charges for use of cooking gas (certain other facilitates mentions extra charges), on enquiry they said Rs500. Dont understand why it cannot be upfront included with the other chargeable services mentioned.
4. No registration done on arrival as required by law.
5. For everything had to contact the manager on phone as one time information was not given (WiFi password, property lock and keys availability)
