very beautiful place
great friendly staff. very quiet place with a great view. the food in the restaurant was very tasty, except for the pizza, but maybe it's just not our style. value for money is a wonderful choice. the rooms are very clean and spacious. thank you very much for the accommodation in room 301, it is one of the few rooms with a great view and a private balcony with a cot on it
if you want to walk around the hotel it is not pleasant

Beautiful and peaceful retreat in a great location.
The pool area and grounds are beautiful. Staff is excellent- responsive and friendly. Spa services are exceptional. Outside of the crowds in town but close enough to run in at any time.
Overall, I loved everything. I could have used more storage in our room.

Overall, it was a good stay with some little inconvenience
Beautiful location, friendly staff, cleanliness, massage, and facial were very good.
We were given a room on the 4th floor with no elevator. I wish they had mentioned it on the booking.com description to set expectationsright for the guests. We had to request a room downstairs because of this inconvenience.
Insects, lizards, geckos, and mosquitoes are there. The geckoranover our false ceiling in the middle of the night that freaked us out.

We liked to stay here. Very picturesque location. Great SPA menu, healthy breakfasts, free shuttle to Ubud center.
I found room isnt design well. In comparison with the rest of territory, rooms looks very simple. But its not a big issue.
