The room was super huge.One of the main things I loved was the bed becasue it was so comfortable. The people were extremely nice and helpful with any questions por concerns that I had. i would defeneitly stay again.
The only thing that i could say that I disliked about the hotel is how high the valet rate is. You already pay alot for the room anf then you have to pay extra for valet. Plus at other Omni's that I have satyed at before they give you a free drink per night or something like that.

We paid to have the modern rooms but they gave us the old ones which were too bad

I am in Facility Management and couldnt help but notice the restrooms in the common areas were immaculate.

I thought the menu at the restaurant was really good, nothing over the top good food for great value and everyone in the restaurant was very nice and attentive. Front desk staff super and valet!
The maid service lacked in replacing the kleenex that clearly was empty and box was set in front of them and why would they not replace the little lotion? Why would they not take the dirty glasses from the room? Little things go along way. Toilet paper is never great kleenex. The bums on the street were concerning but at least they hosed down the walkway.

Meh.
Mickale at the front desk was great. Gym was undergoing renovations, and they put a crap gym in the actual business center. Without Mickale helping I would not have been able to get work done.
Tremendously overpriced and difficult to park. Few helpful accommodations onsite. The bar screwed up my cocktail order. Unimpressive, and terrible value.

Hotel sought to charge me twice for taxes paid with my initial booking two months the earlier.
