This is the first and last time for my or my family to use this hotel, it was empty due to anove points and im sure who

I like the location and view only.

When i arrived there were no booking while I received a confirmation from booking.com, however they couldnt find my booking, so they booked my direct with different package. My booking was with free breakfast, parking amd wifi, they said none of these are included. I asked for a slipper, they said they dont provide. It was my daughter BD and i was trying to have her having a good time, but unfortunately, she didnt likes the hotel. When I took my kids to swimming pool, it was not clean and i saw a Cockroach walking next to the pool and was trying to jump in to the water. Ao i took my kids out of pool. The next day i was trying to have my daughter and my wife a nice breakfast even if i need to pay. However they said we dont have open buffet BF, so we want out. Luckily the night front desk lady her name is Emma, helped me a lot and gave me free parking and $25 discounts, shes the only person in the hotel was expert and had an excellent customer service, thanks a lot Emma.

Definitely will always want to stay here when I go to visit.

Beautiful property with onsite restaurant and bar. Late night room service was a plus. The pool is heated by the hot tub during the winter so you can still get a 60 degree swim in. Loved the hotel. Allowed my small dog which was a plus.
