Bad smell ! This can be Public toilet not a 5 stars hotel hotel

Big rooms

Avoid this big misteake to book this 5 stars hotel. 2 major problems can ruin your stay: Noisy hotel, we can hear every talk / noisy /etc from outside, near rooms and from gym area!! Terrible smell from bathrooms!!! Note that bathrooms has no doors , are directly connected with sleeping area! We cant sleep due to bad smell I dont know how so many people are rating this public toilet a 5 stars hotel. Also, start to be a big problem that Booking ratings are not reallistic.

Ruined by manager helping woman steal from me on last day.

Had a great stay until the final day where I noticed around 5,000-8,000 baht was stolen from my room. When I called the manager the woman admitted what she had taken but refused to bring it out where it was hidden. The police came and then they all spoke in Thai, next minute the thiefs friend had been invited to the hotel and the manager sent her up to my room. She tried to pass her 2,000 to give me as if thats all she had taken but refused to produce the cash from wherever it was hidden. Police and women were laughing and joking until friend arrived. Very strange and hotel manager then had me write the complaint on a bit of paper and I asked when I would hear back and he said I wouldnt as no complaints procedure. When I asked why he had me sit and write it all on a bit of paper he simply said you wanted too. Terrible service from a 5 star hotel, supporting local thiefs over high paying and tipping customers.

The hotel is clean and modern. Great swimming pool, close to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall; with the beach about 10mins walk.

Unfortnyl we cut out stay here by two days, we booked for four. This was down to the following. Our room did not have any sockets, or lamps by the bed...Which was annoyign not to have your phone charge at night by the bed, having two spot lights direclty over your head is way to much at night when you are reading or watching tele. Where are the lamps? Air Con seem to not work it had one mode with the fan that was FAST very annoying. Bathroom was fine, bed very hard, sheets were nice though What made us want to leave early, was the breakfast, i had to ask for milk for the cearal when they took my bowl away and came back with milked over filling the ceral, surley they can put milk out, no heathly ceral either, and i didn't like the fact, soon as you finshed your plate, bowl, glass they would take it away!! when i said no leave the plate i will get seconds, they said we have plenty of plates you can get a new one, seems very ineffieent to me. We also had a meal on the first night. We were the only people in their resturant. The waiter was very nice. Though It was funny to see them bring hte drinks from teh bar from the main hotel through a window and walk them out to the resturant. The food took ages. my meal came first, with my partner 15mins later, very poor serivce i felt. We won;t stay here again due to the lack of facitlaites on offer
