Very good

Excellent location, good service and nice place to stay over to see all the sites in Cape Town.

The location is excellent and staff was super friendly and assisted with any enquiry we had.

Parking was in the street but car was safe there.

Location

Some front office staff were rude. We asked for interconnected rooms but we were not provided. Our little kids were sleeping alone. Breakfast - kids wanted chips and we were willing to pay for it. They refused to offer what we were looking for.

Excellent location

The location is amazing, from the hotel you reach the VA Waterfront in just 6-7 min walk along the water canal, rooms are clean and comfy, the staff is very helpful and always ready to give advices on tours and hours, always nice and smiling; breakfast is continental (eggs, bacon, cheese, omlette, ash browns, at least one variety of veggies, muesly, pastry, bread butter jam...) - plenty of food but not that much variety from day to day, it was okay with us though. They just opened a massage room, which was a bonus for me. Would definitely recommend your stay there: excellent stay at a good price given you are at the Waterfront in Cape Town.

Great location and facilities

The location and breakfast that is included is great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was good its a busy hotel so the elevator is busy all the time but you can also use the staircase.

I didnt like the texture and appearance of the building wall inside and outside. I didnt like the fact that you dont have your on parking. This really is disappointing
