    The bathroom rug was slippery. I had to go down to the reception to get towel. Breakfast was not ready till we checked out of the hotel.

    My recent stay at Ontario Suites in Lagos was a pleasant surprise. While my standard room was comfortable and equipped with modern amenities, it was the exceptional service, delicious restaurant, and surprisingly reliable electricity and WiFi that truly elevated the experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff who were always ready to assist, the service at Ontario Suites was truly top-notch. Every request was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. This level of hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The on-site restaurant was a delightful surprise. The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a variety of options to satisfy any craving. I particularly enjoyed the spicy jollof rice with succulent chicken, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.

    The receptionist/ staff was very friendly and helpful the driver who pick us from airport was also helpful and respectful we enjoyed our stay because of that .
    The hotel room is ok , but the bathroom utensils was bad when u bath the water do not flush they all stay in the bathroom , toilet bowl do not flush drain in the bathroom was small.

    It was a nice stay and it was worth the money
    I honestly think the room was comfortable and at 17k, it was really worth it . kudos to fitting a chair a stool a fridge and a bed with a table in that space and it was still quite spacious.
    The sheets i slept in smelt bad like someone had just used it, that was the only think that put me off

    Not what I expected at all. The owner lacks integrity and honor. I was not happy and he didn't care.
    Staff was friendly and professional.
    Property rooms did not reflect the stated amenities in the ad. No Hottub, and the size of the room was a fraction of what was expected and listed in the ad. This was close to a scam offer.

    Fair experience. I cant recommend this property perhaps, a renovation can make a huge difference
    The staff are nice. They provide free WiFi
    The property is getting old. Clogged bathroom drain, the TV was too loud to the maximum volume that cant be controlled with the remote. Breakfast was just a sachet of Milo, sachet of milk, hot water and 3slices of bread that weird compared to all my previous bookings on this app.

    BOOKING CANCELATION BY PROPERTY AND WRONGFUL NO SHOW REPORT WHEREAS I PAID AND SLEPT IN THE HOTEL
    Constant power.
    Property canceling the booking, whereas I showed up, paid, and slept in the hotel and suites. I did not indicate or initiate a cancelation. This misrepresentation of my booking.com activity is totally unacceptable, embarrassing, and bizarre.
