    Relaxing stay with incredible views and amazing food and drinks
    The hotel and grounds are beautiful! The staff is very friendly. The food and drinks were delicious
    The bathroom could be a little cleaner and I woukd prefer dirty towels to be taken from the room each day. And the trash emptied We had to call for this. The parking per day is a bit expensive

    Every room has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was unused in the morning so I could swim laps. I asked if they could turn off the loud rock music in the morning out at the pool since I was the only one out there. They were pleased to comply with that request. The resort is very guest centered. Almost as if "your wish is their command" - a little scary actually; like living in an alternate universe.
    They are building a sister Opal resort across the street due to open in 2025. There was construction noise during the day time which discouraged my use of my balcony. The balcony was a lovely place to sit once construction was finished for the day. If you are considering coming, you might wait until after the construction is completed. Or be sure your room is on the other side of the hotel from the construction.
