    Loved hotel and close to bus station to explore island. Oia is magnificent!
    Location close to walking into town. Beautiful hotel! Three pools! Had a gorgeous suite! Could have stayed much longer!
    Buffet breakfast was very good but have had even better on this trip.

    It was a pleasant stay overall and the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially an employee on reception
    I would say it's a very good 4* hotel- in terms of the room interior design and common areas, not a 5*. We found the room overpriced, but so most properties in Santorini are, which was surprising for October.

    A win in Santorini
    We just booked one night at the hotel and wished we stayed longer when we got there. Staff was so nice and even gave us a free upgrade. The room was huge, it was more of a villa. Location and breakfast are both very good but the real highlight of the hotel is the property itself. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santorini. If we had stayed here longer, I think our overall experience in the crowded island would be significantly better.

    Elegant hotel in Santorini
    location is quiet ( away from the busy area), 2 big pools for adult and 1 for kids, with buffet breakfast, they organized our taxi from the airport and our Catamaran cruise...definitely a 5 hotel...
    just the bathrobe was a bit small and no netflix in the television

    Overall great stay, but hotel needs to address some shower and safety issues.
    Location was just about a 10 minute walk from central shopping area. Breakfast was excellent. Overall pools (3 of them) and surrounding hotel area was beautiful. We appreciated the messages and interactions with the staff before our arrival regarding transportation and excursions.
    The master shower had no door, so the bathroom flooded when taking a shower - very dissappointing - had to ask for extra towels to collect all the water. The guest shower had a door, but it too leaked undernear the door seal. Also, the amount of stairs to go from rooms to the main reception/breakfast was too much. And the concrete walkways were slick and slippering with all the dew and/or foliage watering - no grib on the walkways and stairs - very dangerous!

    Nice hotel in Santorini
    The surface and the comfort of the rooms and the amazing pools. The architecture and the design are sophisticated.The receptionists are helpful and kind.
    The gym and the spa are poorly equipped (old machines in the gym barely cleaned. No options except a small pool in the spa, no hammam nor sauna or jacuzzi). The spa treatment was average (no presentation of the products or the steps, for a one hour treatment i was left 15min with a mask). The breakfast is ok but can be improved. we were bothered by the experience of our unique dinner where we were served prawns pastas instead of sea urchins pastas after waiting 45min (yet we were the first clients to order that night).we expected at least some sauce instead of an oily aspect. We were so pissed that we ended up eating in town. They can do better for a 5 star hotel.
