Poor dealing at Hotel Royal paradise , Kota

Liked the location near the railway station. Also the amenities shown in the site looked good. So booked the hotel.

I checked in early at 5.00am on 14.11.2022 Instead of giving some discount , the hotel charged me the full amount for 13.11.22 . Also I had booked a breakfast along with my room which was denied. A lot of altercation was done to take the invoice for the payment made for the stay. Mr.Manoj the owner was reluctant to hand over the invoice for 14th November saying that it will be given by booking.com. After threatening him of police action , he gave the invoice. I request the concerned authorities to look in to this matter and resolve the inconvenience to other fellow passengers who are new to the city. Hope my request reaches the right ears. Thanks

-Room was not clean -Glasses and water jug was so dusty and they gave me water in the same jug -Smoky air inside room -AC was not properly working -I booked with breakfast, but hotel refused to give.

Ok for a transit stay of 1 night. Near Kota Jn

I had booked this as I was transiting in Kota for a night and this property is the closest. It did serve the purpose. I could walk to and from the railway station

Room was a little small as compared to the washroom. Place is a little shady.
