Lovely hotel & lovely staff
It is a lovely hotel in a great location by the seaside with excellent staff. I went there with a group of friends for Christmas, and we had a Sunday roast and Christmas dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was DELICIOUS. The tastiest food we have ever had in the UK (most of us have been here for 7-12 years)!! The breakfast is fantastic also! BIG THANK YOU to the CHEF for making such amazing dishes and to the restaurant manager EMMA and her team for delivering excellent service!
We highly recommend it! We will definitely go back!

Warm, comfortable, great location
Warm and comfortable. Efficient, discreet service. Friendly welcoming staff. Love the range of teas and biscuits provided by housekeeping, and that these showcase local brands. Fantastic location - 5min walk to train station, 2min walk to beaches and shops, and just down the hill to the zoo!

Right on the beachfront. Our room had a balcony overlooking the seafront which was incredible. Very clean and spacious room. The restaurant was stunning and the staff very friendly and helpful. The lady on reception walked us to our room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel. Amazing friendly staff. A special mention to dags the lady on reception who upgraded us for free because it was are anniversary. Also the food was really good. Would definitely go back.
If there was one thing would be parking charge but then most hotels do these days
