    Located at Oyster Wharf on the Mumbles shoreline, this boutique hotel and gastro pub offers comfortable rooms and good food. While some found the service slow, others praised the lovely staff. The ro (Read More)oms are clean and spacious, with a perfect walkability score for exploring the town and nearby nature walks. The food and drinks are highly recommended, with a rooftop bar providing stunning sunset views. Overall, a must-visit destination in Mumbles.

    Disappointing, lack of communication.
    Nice room, clean, lovely decor, comfortable beds.
    Check in from 3, was then told the restaurant/bar closed at 5, luckily there are a number of pubs/restaurants around the vicinity. Lift was out of order. Was not told when we checked in that breakfast wasnt being served until 10 am the following morning, in the welcome brochure breakfast is from 8 am, door to restaurant was locked so I went around to the main entrance which was open to be told that breakfast wasnt until 10.. due to being on a time schedule we could hang around so left without breakfast..

    Stressful, felt isolated and no staff to help in case of emergency
    Location great cos to beach and town. Parking s close too
    Explaining on how to enter the property was non existent we arrived back at 10pm with bar and restaurant locked and in darkness on all three nights! No chance of a drink before bed no staff on premises and contact emergency number went straight to voicemail. Fortunately a staff member from another bar near by helped us enter the premises, will not be staying here again.

    Location, rooms and staff were Excellent.
    Shower was cold on last day. I think they were having problems with the system. Im sure it was fixed soon - they really care about the property and customer experience.

    Obviously the works going on outside spoilt the view etc.

    Great location and facilities. Beautifully clean, good decor and very comfortable. Staff very helpful, including arranging early check in because I needed to get to an event.

    Comfortable but probably wouldnt book again.
    Staff lovely, food great and bedroom beautifully decorated.
    Wasnt informed about the construction right outside the hotel. Noisy and dusty. Room too warm, several attempts during the night to turn down failed. No instructions in the room manual. Poor nights sleep. Couldnt open the window as on the main road and noisy.

    We enjoyed our short stay in the Mumbles area,both the htel and the surrounding area.
    Rooms were fine as were the meals we had. We also found all hotel staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.
    Lack of residents lounge area in the evenings. Lack of car parking was a also a problem.
