    I checked in and someone else's distribution socks was in the room, the floor smelled seems they were not using proper fluid solution. No room service to order food.

    Around the pool area flooring very dirty needs to be cleaned at least once a week dirty black muck and spilt drinks .under bed not cleaned once our full trip this needs to addressed

    I stayed in the hotel for 28 days, so I am well acquainted with the situation in it. What bothered me the most was observing birds eating from the tables during breakfast, which sometimes resembled scenes from a Hitchcock movie. During my stay, I noticed birds on the tables at least 20 times. The hotel is aware of this issue, but unfortunately, it does not take sufficient action, even though it is a potentially dangerous situation. When comes larger groups of guests, there is also a noticeable shortage of staff. In such cases, the hotel quickly loses a star. In general, I've noticed that the quality of the hotel is also influenced by guests who may not always be suitable. I understand that money plays a crucial role, and the hotel cannot choose between guests. On the last day of my stay, I had a late flight, but they were unwilling to extend the checkout time to 6 p.m. for free, even though I had been their guest for a whole month, while most of their guests stay only 1-3 days. Such a gesture would have cost the hotel nothing. I was disappointed. Nevertheless, the hotel is charming and located in a good area. When guests are appropriate, the atmosphere is pleasant. Despite this, I recommend the hotel, as I will likely return. However, there is room for improvement.
