Very convenient for work and meetings. Staff superb. Only problem, DARK rooms and corridors!! Let there be light!!!!!
See above. The premises is very dark and too dimly it for a UK city where it is dark and raining most of the time!!!!

- Wasnt clean! They didnt change the bed sheets & bath towels and the bath robe has bad smell!
- After cleaning, they didnt provide any clean tools (slippers, toothbrush..etc) you have to ask them whenever you need.
- They provide only 2 bottles of water, more than this, they will charge you!!
- The room was very small, when I asked for upgrading they want to charge me +300 while my family upgraded their room without any pound!

The location is perfect, so central.
We had asked for a room that looked over the courtyard to enjoy some quietness at night, and we did.
The bed was very comfy, the staff very helpful and breakfast was all we needed and nicely presented.
