    great location and our group was all on the same floor
    Grerat location next to ALa Moana and transportation options. There is a nice beach located nearby.
    Fan in the bathroom dooes not work. Air conditioner was unreliable

    Very pleasant stay in convenient location
    Big, comfortable room. I liked the breakfast menu with 9 different options - I tried a different one every day. Many good options for food nearby as well. A short walk to Ala Moana Center and Beach, and not much further to Waikiki.

    Is def a 2 star hotel. Had cockroaches in the room and received notice they needed to enter the room to spray for them. Pool wasnt always open and big enough for kids to splash around in. Great value at breakfast though

    The staff were lovely. I was moved to another room with no problems, and enjoyed my trip from day two.
    The floor and room I was first assigned was smelling very musty (carpet) and roof was mouldy, pay the extra for a refurbished room and floor and you will have an enjoyable stay.
