Pool area was clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Bathrooms are a tight fit with the washing machine right in front of toilet. Very uncomfortable.

The pools amazing,loved the Sauna,spa bath in the rooms the selling point and the overall feeling of tranquility its got a really nice vibe to it Ill stay there time and time again :)
Theres not allot I dont like about the hotel maybe the pushiness of payment for room service the lights were flickering while I was in the bathroom which made me feel uneasy other then that the staff were lovely you cant fault the place

We had booked a 2 bedroom apt, it was neat & clean. Awesome location, staff was courteous & helpful. Service level excellent. Mattresses were of good quality. All boxes ticked. We would love to visit again on our next trip. Thank you.
Extra $15 charges for car parking per day.

We honestly a very happy and comfortable every time we stay here. Its super relaxing & stress free!
LOVE The room and its facilities. Love the two bathrooms, laundry and the decor. The view is great, the location is super, parking is convenient and great. I love that its not high rise so that it doesnt feel like a typical high rise character-less hotel, its super comfy and a great family hotel. The large shallow side of the pool is unreal and the pool area in general was great. We would come here specifically to have a holiday at this resort!
The bed wasnt as comfortable as the last few times we stayed. It was a little hard, however, not so bad that it ruined our sleep. The washing machine was super convenient but it is either really old or extremely dirty, as the clothes were coming out of the machine smelling terrible even if we didnt use the dryer and took them straight from the machine. The last time that we stayed there was a coffee machine in the room and we loved that. This time there wasnt one. Not the end of the world though.

Our one night stay was okay but this place is not for seniors with bad knees or hips because of the shower in the spa ba
Located close to a bridge over the freeway, which allowed access to the river foreshore & a jetty. Which made a lovely morning walk.
Our apartment faced west & the living room airconditioner coped well with the afternoon heat but our bedroom aircon struggled & was not cool enough.
Our expensive margaritas had no crushed ice & were only half full. But the salt & lime crust around the rim was perfect.
The shower was in a spa bath with a fairly high side to clamber over, so I skipped a shower & left it til we got home.
