    This place is amazing with excellent service, a lovely Spa and so near the ciry centre There's a quiet garden adjacent to the outside bit of the pool Bedsheets were crisp and changed every day. The housekeeping team really does a good job.

    The location was perfect, the staff were super helpful. The breakfast was included and was pretty good - usual hot selection and cold cuts as well as cereals/yoghurt etc. The tea and cakes at 4pm was a nice touch. The staff member called Camilla (maybe Camille?) was one of the most beautiful people I have ever met and she made our stay really special. Only snag was we paid for spa access and it was closed

    Lovely property with nice amenities. They gave us a little extra since it was anniversary which was a nice touch. Location makes it easy to walk to most of what you would want to visit in Firenze.
