    A lumpy mattress which I found uncomfortable which I did report to reception in the morning and on my arrival loud drilling noises which eventually stopped during my stay

    Amazing stay in a nice area of Milan
    Checking in was a breeze, everything was explained, and also was able to upgrade our room to one of their best rooms.
    You will need to make sure you indicate the number of guests staying at the property as they do charge an extra tax for additional people.

    Loved it and will come back.
    We had a lovely suite with a big terras overlooking the pool. The room was really nicely decorated and comfortable. The complementary bottle of Prosecco was a really nice gesture. The hotel is very conveniently located, in the centre of Rome. We loved our stay.
    The beds are a little hard to our taste, but that is quite personal.

    Great hotel!
    Everything was great. Beautiful hotel, nice staff and the rooms are beautiful as well. We really loved the Pacific restaurant. We had lunch and dinner a few times there. Great food and really nice cocktails.

    The hotel dinning was not good. If you are going to pretend to offer upscale eating and charge for it then it better be upscale in quality. The chicken was way over cooked and extremely dry. The seafood Linguine was bland and lack luster. The Rib eye was probably the worst cut of meat I have ever seen. In the states you have Prime, then Choice and then Select, and then what ever is left over. This was definitely the left over piece of meat. My dining experience was very poor considering the ambience and the cost it raised my expectations and left me significantly wanting. The one thing that was good was the French fries and the stake sauce. The Cheesecake was very good as well. All in all we walked away disappointed.
