    The best property i ever visited. I would say one of the finest property in benaulim. They helped us with location itinerary to cover within our stay period. The staff was so helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Even the owner stays at the property
    Nothing I can say I didn't like Note: Whoever planning to stay at this property and thinking to rent a car to go around please book you parking slot in advance as there is limited space for Car parking. Scooty or Bike no issues.

    Fabulous is the only word I can come up with. Excellent hospitality specially Antonio who would make sure that you have a pleasant stay. If one is looking for peace and quiet then this is the place to be. Fresh cooked food is another positive.

    Soul refreshing serenity and peace
    The property was quiet, serene, the staff were very helpful and attended to all the requests promptly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of information about the surroundings and things to do were suggested based on our interests. It's 15 mins away from the beach.
    There isn't anything that we didn't like. We want to make this our go to place in Goa.

    A must visit property
    Property is very beautiful in terms of building, interior, greenery, staff is courteous. Feel of reliving an old Portuguese era is amazing.
    There is no hot water for showers during monsoons as the hotel uses solar heater.The least one expect is hot water for bathing as cold water is not apt. They told us to keep the shower open for some time so that hot water (not even remotely hot) leading to wastage of it. Also, the room had a slight fungus smell as it wasn't aired out.
