Carpet was torn and old. The flush in the toilet not working well.

Lake view was plus and near to the old quarters.
Hotel and room was clean. Room was spacious.
Staff were helpful and attentive. Wide spread of food for the buffet.
The wellness centre where I had a massage was fantastic.
The shower area had water clogging. Water cannot be totally drained.

We had higher expectations from the Pan Pacific based on the price point. The property is definitely aging with old technology, aging furniture and finishings. The bed sunk towards the head of the bed making you feel inverted when you lay down. The facilities are also aging and not well maintained.

Location is pretty good.
Room is a little small, not big enough to stretch out your luggage. Furnishing is also a little old. Shower head had a bit of malfunction. Definitely been to a better 5 star hotel.

It's a pretty lavish property with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The swimming pool and the rooftop bar deserves a special mention.
The property is slightly dated, but still pretty comfortable. It's just the bathroom and the decor are not the most modern.
