Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

    The reception service was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable.
    Bar service unprofessional approach. Spa facilities are in need of an upgrade, a little bit too old and you can see it. Also, since I booked a room with access to Spa facilities, I have expected to find in the room the towels, slippers, and bathrobes and not to have to request them.

    We reserved the hotel, thinking it was nice due to the amenities such as the pool and sauna. However, please be aware that they are not included in the standard room. Additionally, the basic services of the hotel don't seem to work here. We went to explore the city in the morning and upon our return around 7 pm, we discovered that our room hadnt been cleaned. The staff was unhelpful, after calling several times they finally sent someone to clean the room. As we waited in the lobby I ask the front desk if they could check if the room was already clean and the response was that why didnt I go up to check (in the 18 floor!). For the price of the hotel, there are better option located in the city center.

    The location is excellent, it is clean and upmarket, the staff are very friendly.
    The rooms are cleaned late in the afternoon, its not terrible, just a bit unusual.
