    The convenience in proximity of the shopping and food options.
    When we mentioned that we had to step over drug paraphernalia, the lady at the front desk suggested a rather far parking spot and didn't show any concern. When I called down at almost midnight, instead of the front desk showing concern for the pubic hair found in the shower or offering an apology, the gentleman suggested someone coming to our room to clean it. Only after I pointed out the time did they offer a room change, because the only room they had available was bigger. The gentleman that checked over the new room with me was very nice and apologetic for the situation, considering it was my anniversary. I asked the front desk for a later checkout, being that we had to change rooms and the gentleman's response was simply, "No, the check out time is 11." A little bit of compassion, consideration and soft-skills would go a long way.

    Good proximity - close to Yonge station Room and bathroom are clean and tidy, and spacious A big window which gives good lighting Sitting room is separated from the bedroom
    This is kind of apartment accommodation, should include basic kitchen utensil, eg kettle, microwave, cups, tea spoons which are important specially during winter season Housekeeping service only upon request

    Great for 2-3 nights, not more.
    The room was big, nice view. The cleaning and maintenance stuff was great and friendly. On reception it wasnt friendly. A little bit outdated furniture. For that price it would be more nice. The area around hotel isnt safe at night
    Coffee machine wasnt working but they exchange for a new one. Breakfast wasnt tasty at all. Sooooo greasy!

    Location was excellent.
    Being given a room on the 5th floor where when you draw the curtains, you can see construction workers actively working and (making much noise in the process). Staff could well have given a different room. Mattress is very uncomfortable.

    The hotel was chosen for it's close proximity to the Ed Mirvish theatre. Neither of us had been to this hotel previously and we were very pleased with our choice. The room was very clean and we particularly liked that we could open a window. The thermostat was easy to figure out and the room remained comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, given that it is in a busy area.
    Nothing. Everything worked out well, although just a suggestion, to provide a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be a welcome addition.
