Visit if you wish to spoil your trip.

All fake reviews. The villa is very badly maintained and is very very old.You will get haunted vibes at the villa. There are too many rules displayed everywhere throughout the property and the owner keeps on calling to make you follow them! I had a pathetic experience here. The pool is like a small tub. Can't even call it a pool.

Pleasant and Serene.

The location is amazing. It's quiet and serene. There is ample parking space. Our villa has a private pool and it was well kept and the rooms were all clean. Our whole stay was pleasant and lovely. We had kids and they had ample place to play. Food delivery works but takes a while. Special mention goes to Sonu(Caretaker). He is on point with the communication and also takes care of any requests you need.

If I had to nit-pick, I'd say the kitchen and the kitchen appliances need a makeover, They are old.

Amazing place to hang out with the family. Rooms are clean. Just pack the bags and land at this place. You will find everything in the villa. Swimming pool was also clean. Place is just 8-10 mins away from Lonavala railway station. Host Sonu was superb and the service was of top notch quality. Would love to recommend this place to friends and family.
