    A nice and comfortable homestay
    A comfortable homestay. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean with all facilities including, a kitchen, hot water, towels, and toiletries. The host was very nice and accommodated our request for an extra blanket. There is 24/7 security at the gate and ample car parking. There are multiple Grocery stores nearby where you can get your daily needs.
    Things to improve: 1. Location map: The location shown on booking.com is different from the actual location. It might confuse other guests and mislead them if they are planning a homestay within walking distance of Prem Mandir. I have informed Mr. Akshat to get it updated on booking.com. He mentioned that it was due to some server error on the booking.com side which he will rectify. I am attaching here the screenshots of booking.com's location and actual location to help other guests plan their trip comfortably. Booking.com's location is 800 meters (8 mins walking distance) and the actual location is 1.8 KM (25 mins walking distance) from the Prem Mandir. You can easily get rikshaws from the Main gate to all the nearby Mandirs if you are not planning on walking. 2. The quality of bedsheets is ok but can be improved. Apart from this overall experience was very good and I recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable homestay in Vrindavan.

    Everything, firstly the booked the place then they called after 2 hours and told that we are fully booked and sorry we can't provide you the stay, when asked then why your property was showing that rooms are available they mentioned it was an error in booking.com , like seriously

    They cancelled our booking at the last minute very early in the morning when we were just about to reach at the premises I even told them that I am with my 1 and 4 old children. I think they must have sold their room at a higher price that is why they cancelled our room I will not recommend this property to anyone

    It was a very pleasant stay for us here. The hosts were very friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy
    We were able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were amazing.
    The bathroom doors were not proper. Beauty in one of the bathrooms was not functioning.
