    Fantastic Hotel
    Hotel was immaculate and the staff were friendly, polite, and exceedingly helpful. The facilities were excellent and the location was very central with restaurants and tourist attractions in easy walking distance. The room was very large and roomy.

    Staff and design makes it great but maintenance and some service failures make this a 3 star hotel.
    Staff was great. Nice design throughout.
    Bathroom drains backed up. Heated floor half broken. Out of room service items. Management never followed up after emailing review of these issues.

    Loved the recommendations for dinner and polite staff always ready to help and the bar downstairs was really cool! The location was perfect!
    The back entrance. Ubers never seemed to stop there.
