    Good quality hotel in a decent part of town. Food was okay, not especially value for money.
    Somewhat noisy location along a major road, rooms have trouble with humidity.

    Great relaxing stay at the Park Elanza.
    The Park Elanza was modern, clean and well appointed with everything a traveller today would need, minibar, AC etc. Food was well prepared and there was a good selection of alcoholic beverages. The Cabana on the rooftop is a fabulous venue. I enjoyed the swimming pool but didn't get a chance to use the gym or visit Tiki Tako.
    Perhaps some work on staff training needed and/or communication skills for breakfast service, in some instances a little hit and miss with junior staff always having to ask a supervisor. Otherwise all satff were nice and friendly, special mention for Chandaran in the lobby! Taxis - the taxis booked by the hotel were too expensive!

    A great hotel for a night or two or more. Very nice rooms and comfy beds.
    The hotel was much nicer than expected, very clean and super comfy beds. Staff was friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choices to suit all tastes, Indian and Continental.
    I don't really have anything to complain :-)

    Short stop on our way to Kochi
    Liked being upgraded to a club room. Good Breakfast. Very clean and a large comfortable bed. Recommend visiting Gedee Motor Museum.
    Drinks were pricey compared to other 4 star hotels we had stayed in. The pool has no sun beds despite the photo showing two. Bell boy was a bit over the top, I know he works for tips but you can do so in not quite such an obvious way.

    Elegant space but very noisy!
    We liked the comfortable beds, bathrooms were very clean, and dual showers were quite relaxing.
    Its very noisy. The rooms & windows are not sound proof so you can hear the traffic outside and your neighbors in other rooms. The hotel had a DJ party until midnight the night we stayed and our beds were vibrating because of the noise. Because of all this noise we couldnt get any sleep.
