There is literally nothing to complain about and everything to praise in this hotel!! My husband and I went there for our anniversary. The chefs at Mate were brilliant and super sweet. The tango dance was also amusing. The beach was incredibly clean and service was excellent. You get falcons all around u at breakfast which is pretty cool but also very smart as it keeps the other birds from joining us for breakfast. Will definitely come here again!

Best hotel in UAE! I loved that there was a pillow menu, was a nice touch. The beds are super comfortable.
Reception staff are very friendly and supportive.
The buffet was delicious (dinner and breakfast).
Beach service was really good, very attentive and friendly. Cold water is given frequently across the resort which is very nice.
Beach food could be improved.
One thing that could be improved is advising on the resort facilities and events at check-in to better plan the stay.
